After graduating from Cal State Fullerton with a BA in Biology, and working as an installer and commercial flooring sales associate, Ed purchased Bert\u2019s in 1986, and migrated the operation from primarily a retail installation house to a full-service commercial flooring contractor, now called <strong>FloorTech<\/strong>. Over the last 35+ years, Ed has grown <strong>FloorTech<\/strong> into a well-known, well-respected, nationwide commercial flooring contractor, leaving his fingerprints all over the flooring and design marketplace. Since 2002, Ed has expressed his passion for people by participating on the Advisory Board of World Help, a faith-based humanitarian organization serving the physical and spiritual needs of impoverished communities around the world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Franklin Quenga<\/strong> &#8211; Sales, Project and Installation Manager<\/p>\n<p>Franklin has more than 30 years of floor covering experience and is a main contributor to the continued success of <strong>FloorTech.<\/strong> Franklin has an eye for detail that is unmatched any where in the building trades.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steven Morehead<\/strong> &#8211; Sales and Project Manager<\/p>\n<p>Steve is\u00a0<strong>FloorTech&#8217;s<\/strong> resident tile expert. A Los Angeles native, Steve met Tracy, his wife of 31 years at the Surf Theater in Huntington Beach. Steve embarked on his flooring career in 1977; he began as a tile helper and became a licensed tile contractor in 1990. With 20 years\u2019 experience under his belt, Steve joined <strong>FloorTech<\/strong> in 1997 as foreman of a traveling crew, handling installations from Alaska to New Jersey! Steve is <strong>FloorTech&#8217;s<\/strong> go-to guy with all things ceramic and stone, serving as a sales and project manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Justin Bomgaars<\/strong> &#8211; Sales and Project Manager<\/p>\n<p>With his BS in Finance and Marketing from California State University, Long Beach, Justin was just the person <strong>FloorTech <\/strong>needed to wrestle control of an explosion of national retail clients\u2019 business. In his role as Inside Sales Manager, you can almost always find Justin onsite at\u00a0<strong>FloorTech&#8217;s<\/strong>\u00a0 office. Soft-spoken but relentless in his work, Justin also has a heart for the underserved.
